- Apply practical handling and environmental modifications to reduce stress
- Understand the roles of vets and veterinary nurses in delivering cooperative care
- Communicate effectively with clients about preparation and expectations for visits

Presented By:
Dr. Julie Ashton, BSc (Hons), BVSc, MANZCVs (Veterinary Behaviour), CCAB, MRCVS
Julie graduated from Bristol Vet School in 2009 with both a veterinary degree and a 1st class BSc in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. In 2014, Julie studied for and obtained ‘Membership’ of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Vet Behaviour.
In 2019 Julie relocated back to the UK. She is an ABTC Registered Veterianry Behaviourist and Clinical Animal Behaviourist, an ASAB Accredited Clinical Animal Behaviourist as well as being a full member of the APBC and FABC.
